TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All contents published at web page Sandavidmar.com and all their versions are the property of Sanda Vidmar, Prusnikova 8, 1210 Ljubljana, Slovenia (hereinafter referred as: Sanda Vidmar). By using the web pages of Sandavidmar.com, users accept the published general terms and conditions of business. With these general terms and conditions Sanda Vidmar and its users also arrange the mutual obligations of purchasing in the Sandavidmar.com/shop on-line shop. General terms and conditions are composed in accordance with the valid legislation.
Sanda Vidmar reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions at the web pages Sandavidmar.com at any time without prior notice. All changes of general terms and conditions are obligatory for all users.

 

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sanda Vidmar does not take the responsibility for eventual consequences which may occur when using web pages Sandavidmar.com and the contents included in it. Sanda Vidmar reserves the right to change the content of web pages at any time without prior notice and does not take the responsibility for eventual consequences of these changes.
Sanda Vidmar strives to introduce as most punctual and up-to-date information as possible, but does not exclude eventual inaccuracy of information as far as the prices, delivery time, product descriptions etc. are concerned, and cannot be held responsible for any eventual damages or other consequences. Buyer of goods, purchased in the Sandavidmar.com on-line shop, has the right to return or to reclamation (see link Returns). Photographs of products are symbolic and may vary from the original due to unique hangmade work done on every piece (colour, shape, details etc.).

 

2. LIMITED RIGHT OF USE

The visitors can use the contents of web pages Sandavidmar.com solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. The contents are protected by the law of copyright. Any other use, copying, publication and distribution of the web contents or their individual parts without the permission given by Sanda Vidmar is prohibited.

 

3. PRIVACY POLICY

The data which is submitted by the user via forms found at the web pages Sandavidmar.com or via any other way (by e-mail, telephone etc.) are confidential and are treated in concordance with the valid Slovene legislation. Sanda Vidmar will protect the personal data and prevent their misuse. The personal data will be used only for the purposes approved by the user.
The user himself is also responsible for the safety of personal data by making sure that his user name and password are safe.

For transmissions of all personal data of the user Sanda Vidmar uses the technology SLL which enables the encoding of all information sent with the orders.
When using the charge card as the way of payment, the data entered is sent from your computer in a coded form directly to the authorization server of the bank.

 

4. PROCEDURE OF ORDER OR PURCHASE

The order in Sandavidmar.com/shop on-line shop is submitted when the user receives an automatic electronic notification. This electronic notification is not a confirmation that the product is in stock or that the product dispatch is in progress. The order will be confirmed in the form of a new e-notification, where proceeding of the order is confirmed. Normally this is made in the same day or the next day the latest.

In case of the product ordered being out of stock or the order being impossible to perform because of some other reason, the user will again be notified by e-mail immidiatelly.
The confirmed orders at Sandavidmar.com will be treated by Sanda Vidmar as irrevocable. In case of a mistake, a buyer can cancel the order without any additional costs until he receives an e-notification about the shipping of the order.

However, the order can be rejected by Sanda Vidmar if it suspects that the misuse of web pages Sandavidmar.com might have occurred.
With the execution of the order, the buyer confirms that he was introduced to general terms and conditions and that he was warned about it explicitly.

 

5. PRICES

All prices are in Euros (EUR). For buyers from countries of the European Union the prices are final. For buyers from countries outside European Union are obliged to meet possible additional duties or expenses concerning importation, in accordance with the valid legislation of the country of import.

When making a purchase, the valid prices and discounts are those at the moment of order submittal.

Prices in the Sandavidmar.com on-line shop are valid till new rates are published.

Listed prices apply only for purchases in the Sandavidmar.com on-line shop and can differ from the prices on points of sale or in other online shops.

 

6. PAYMENT OPTIONS IN THE SANDAVIDMAR.COM ON-LINE SHOP

There are two payment options possible:

1. Prepayment
After sending an order, you will receive a Proforma Invoice on your email. The order is only confirmed when payment is received through your Bank Service provider. After the payment is received we can also confirm if the item is still available. Othervise we will inform you of the expected production time.

2. Payment via Paypal
Paypal is a legitimate and secure payment transferal method. More info HERE. Via Paypal method and service you are able to make payment with the following cards MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Discovery, AmericaExpress.
Until the entire payment price is paid, the products chosen are the property of Sanda Vidmar.com.

 

7. RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are possible.

  1. RETURN THE ORDER if you are not happy with it. Inform us of your decision to do so within 14 days the latest.
    The jewelry must be undamaged, unused and in it’s original packaging. Include a copy of your invoice in the package. You may inform us of your reason if you wish, by writting the cause on the backside of the Invoice copy. If your payment has been made via PayPall, then write down your bankdetails /Paypal address for us to be able to make a refund.

  2. EXCHANGE THE ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM if the size doesn’t fit or you prefer a different finish. In order to do so you need to follow the same steps as for returning the order (nr.2), but don’t forget to write down the new desired size or finish on the back of the Invoice copy sheet. You can also send us an e-mail with your new desires or contact us with any additional questions.* Don’t forget, it is not possible to exhange a piece of jewelry for a completely different item. In that case, we need to receive your order (follow steps in nr.2), make a refund of your purchase and, in the mean time, you need to make a new order for a different jewelry piece.
    * Please note you are also responsable for additional delivery costs.
    * Exchanges and returns are not possible if the item has been costum made for you. Reach us at hello@sandavidmar.com and we will do our best to find a solution.
  3. SEND A COMPLAINT if the item you receive is faulty or you think it has been damaged during shipping. Please sent us a short description of that immidiatelly by submitting a written notification at hello@sandavidmar.com, so we can solve the issue as soon as possible.The jewelry pieces must be sent to us in 14 days the latest, after submitting a written notification.When we receive the item back for inspection of damage and confirm the reason for the complaint, you can expect a full refund of your expenses.
